Commercial HVAC Load Shedding & Automation



Custom-built HVAC load shedding and automation system delivering independent control of 64 heat pumps and 8 intake/extract fans for Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF) compliance.
A distributed control architecture was implemented using five satellite control panels installed at local distribution boards across the site. Each panel provides localised control, protection, and reliability while maintaining coordinated system-wide operation.
All panels are networked back to a central custom HMI, providing live monitoring, alarms, operational data, and full system visibility across the entire HVAC network.
PLC-based PID heating control system delivered in collaboration with a pool/spa contractor, providing precise and stable temperature regulation.
Includes fail-safe heating valve power-loss closure and auxiliary temperature monitoring for independent verification and fault detection.
