Custom Off Road Automotive PLC/HMI Architecture
Full engine management and control diagnostics, ILS automation, with drivetrain speed, tachometer, temperature monitoring with alarm functionality. Integrated eight camera system displayed through the HMI interface. Complete OBA control and monitoring, with dual winch operation from both the HMI and any mirrored mobile devices. GPS-based remote monitoring and onboard display.
Great Barrier Islands Corporate Off Grid Farm Stay
Multi-dwelling off-grid development on Great Barrier Island, where PLC-based control systems were used to integrate accommodation units, water infrastructure, pumping systems, storage tanks, and standby generation into a single networked solution. The system provides RF reliable monitoring and control of critical services across the site, helping ensure efficient operation in a remote environment.
Custom Servo Motion HMI for Postion, Speed and Torque.
For our most recent motion control project, we developed an HMI for non native Modbus serial fieldbus network incorporating two Schneider Lexium servo drives to deliver precise X,Y position, speed, and torque control. The system executes periodic sequenced motion commands from the PLC, enabling accurate and repeatable machine movements while providing real-time monitoring, diagnostics, and performance feedback.
HVAC BWOF HMI Panel Build
For BWOF, a custom HMI was developed to provide centralised monitoring and control of an HVAC system distributed across five Schneider Zelio controllers. The system brings all satellite control stations together into a single operator interface, allowing real-time monitoring, alarm management, and adjustment of key operating parameters from one location.
Industrial 3 Phase Air Compressor
A custom HMI was developed to replace an obsolete air compressor controller and modernise system operation. The new touchscreen interface provides operators with easy adjustment of pressure setpoints, start/stop delays, and system parameters, via the Schneider Zelio PLC controller and manages all compressor operations including automated drain valve sequencing during initial startup.
